1. Proprietary Framework Definition
For purposes of these Terms, “Framework” means the proprietary methodologies, systems, processes, sequences, structures, concepts, terminology, step-by-step progressions, and transformational logic developed by T.Cope, whether delivered verbally, visually, in writing, live, recorded, or implied through program structure. The Framework includes how information is organized and sequenced, not just the information itself.
2. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Framework are and remain the sole and exclusive intellectual property of T.Cope. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the Framework to you.
3. Limited License (Personal Use Only)
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Framework solely for personal education and internal implementation. This license does not permit teaching, training, certifying, licensing, sublicensing, or commercial instruction of others.
4. Non-Teaching / Non-Replication
You agree not to teach, train, coach, instruct, certify, license, sublicense, or otherwise disseminate the Framework, in whole or in part, whether free or paid, live or recorded. You further agree not to create any program, service, or offering that is substantially similar to the Framework, including those that replicate its sequence, structure, or logic, even if renamed or reworded.
5. No Derivative Works
You may not adapt, modify, reframe, reverse-engineer, translate, or create derivative works based on the Framework. Cosmetic changes, rebranding, or rearranging steps does not avoid this restriction.
6. Confidentiality
The Framework constitutes confidential and proprietary information. You agree not to disclose it to any third party, including teams, audiences, or communities, without express written permission from T.Cope.
7. No Implied Rights
No rights or licenses are granted except those expressly stated. No implied license or right arises from access to the Framework.
8. Injunctive Relief
Unauthorized use or disclosure of the Framework would cause irreparable harm. T.Cope is entitled to seek injunctive or equitable relief without posting bond.
9. Survival
All provisions relating to ownership, confidentiality, non-teaching, non-replication, and intellectual property survive termination or completion of access.
10. Remedies
In the event of breach, T.Cope may pursue all remedies available at law or equity, including damages, injunctive relief, and recovery of reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs.
